Four sheets, start to finish

Architecture is easier when you know what comes next. Here is how every project moves.

Four drawing sheets in a row: a loose concept sketch, a measured elevation, a dimensioned construction drawing and the finished building, joined by a timeline with a decision point between each stage. 01 Concept 02 Design dev. 03 Constr. docs 04 Build Start Handover

Sheet 06 · Questions

Before you call

How do your fees work?

We quote a fixed fee for each stage once we’ve seen the site and heard the brief, so you know what Sheet 01 costs before you commit to Sheet 02.

Do you handle the permit?

Yes. We prepare the permit set, submit it to the city or county, and answer the reviewers’ questions until it’s approved.

Can we stop after a stage?

Yes. Every sheet ends with a decision point. You can pause, change direction or stop there, and the drawings you’ve paid for are yours.

We already have a builder. Is that a problem?

Not at all. We bring them in during design development so the pricing stays realistic. If you don’t have one, we can suggest a few to bid.

How much of our time does it take?

A first meeting on site, a decision at the end of each stage, and quick answers when questions come up. We handle the rest.
